Any item returned to Benton Online Gift Ship after 14 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product price for each month beyond 14 days. |

| Shipping Policy |
| All items are shipped via UPS Ground., unless a different method of shipment is requested by the customer. We will expedite shipment for which additional shipping charges will apply following proper written notice to the customer. For rush orders, please contact us for shipping rates. Delivery of in-stock products normally takes 2-3 days following verification of the customer's order. PLEASE NOTE: Certain items may be shipped USPS Priority Mail which is trackable.
Errors in description or typographical errors are subject to correction. In case of a design or style change we will ship the latest model.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Benton Online Gift Shop.
It is our intention to have every advertised item in stock; however, an advertised item may not be available for purchase due to unforeseen reasons. Any items that are currently not in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available. It is highly recommended that customers request product availability using the INQUIRY feature at the bottom on each product page. If the item is unavailable upon receipt of a PayPal order, we will notify the customer immediately. Upon our notice to the customer that the item is temporarily unavailable with a back-in-stock date, the customer can (1) wait for the item estimated time of arrival (ETA) or (2) cancel the order for which a full refund will be issued immediately at no cost to the customer.
If the customer's order is received in a damaged condition or not received as scheduled, the customer should immediately contact and make a report to (1) the carrier and (2) Bention Online Gift Shop for further instructions. Customers will be informed of tracking information at the time of shipment of their order.
