If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, feel free to return it in new condition within 14 days of purchase date and we'll gladly exchange your purchase or refund your purchase price...no questions asked! You must acquire a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for returned merchandise by email, faxing, calling or snail mailing (US Postal Service).
Any item returned to Benton Online Gift Ship after 14 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the product price for each month beyond 14 days. |
